VILLA DESCRIPTION:
Villa Amarilla’s design is Caribbean with an Italian influence in its yellow stucco walls, turquoise shutters and red tile roof. The cool island interiors by the owners in collaboration with award-winning Dallas interior designer David Salem & Associates have hints of Moroccan flair.
With spacious indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, Villa Amarilla offers ample room for a large group to gather or a variety of havens for an individual to find solitude and relaxation in 9,000 gorgeous square feet. Located on Anguilla’s Leeward north side, on the Sea Rocks of Island Harbor overlooking some of Anguilla’s most beautiful reefs, you will never tire of the mesmerizing view as it changes continually with the tides from iridescent aqua’s to deep sapphire blues. In addition to the beauty of the surf breaking on the reefs the panoramic views include Shoal Bay Beach to the west and Scrub Island to the east. The sound of the waves breaking on the nearby rocks will further soothe and relax the senses. Shoal Bay Beach, a two mile stretch of powder white sand and crystal clear water is a short drive from the villa and a small secluded beach is a short walk away. Bedroom and Bathroom Description:
Bedroom 1:
Bedroom 1, the only downstairs bedroom, features subtle hues with Scalamandre window treatments and stunning ocean views on three sides. The king mahogany bed with luxurious Sferra sheets and a 32″ HD flat screen television will ensure that you rest in complete comfort.
You can choose to shower indoors or outside under the stars in your private outdoor shower. Both the bedroom and bathroom are air-conditioned, but for those who prefer the ocean breeze, there are screens and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2:
Bedroom 2 is an upstairs master with beautiful green and white Lee Jofa fabric, spectacular views, including a breathtaking sunset view, a four poster king bed with Sferra sheets, and indoor and outdoor showers.
For your comfort, there is a flat screen television, air-conditioning in both the bedroom and bathroom, and screens and a ceiling fan for those who prefer the ocean breeze.
Bedroom 3:
Bedroom 3 can be configured with two twin beds or one king according to our guests’ preferences. With turquoise and white Lee Jofa fabric and beautiful Italian tile, the colors of the sea move from the lovely view into the ambience of the room.
For your comfort, there is a flat screen television, Sferra sheets, and air-conditioning in both the bedroom and the bathroom. There is also a ceiling fan and screens for those who prefer the natural air.
Bedroom 4:
Like Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4 can be configured with two twin beds or one king bed according to guests’ preferences. Clarence House coral and white fabric and handmade coral tile give this room a vibrant atmosphere. The ocean view is again spectacular, and Sferra sheets and a flat screen television add to your comfort.
The bedroom and bathroom both have air-conditioning, but you may choose to use the ceiling fan and screens to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.
Bedroom 5:
Bedroom 5 is another upstairs master with stunning views, this one for the early riser who may want to enjoy the sunrise. Or you can draw your beautiful blue and white curtains and block out the early morning light. The king bed with Sferra linens and a flat screen television will add to your comfort.
There is an indoor as well as an outdoor private shower and both the bedroom and bathroom are air-conditioned with the option of screens and a ceiling fan for those who prefer the natural breeze.

All bedrooms have flat screen televisions, HD Dish Network TV, and iPod docking stations.

Living Room:
The elegant island decor of the living room will invite you to enjoy one of two seating areas. The comfortable Ralph Lauren rattan sofa and sumptuous easy chairs are perfect for relaxing and enjoying a movie or sporting event on the HD flat screen sixty inch television or for simply taking in the incomparable view. The other seating area includes two more comfortable chairs with ottomans and a game table for cards or conversation.
All living areas, including outdoor dining and living areas and pool area, are wired for sound from your own IPod or CD selections.

Media Room:
The Media Room, also air-conditioned, has a sixty inch flat screen plasma HD television, Surround sound, and a state of the art Denon iPod dock. There is also a queen sofa bed. It is the perfect retreat when you have had just enough sun and sport in the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
Gym:
The Gym sits apart from the main house. You can exercise on the Octane elliptical or ride the True recumbent bike while enjoying the magnificent ocean view and lovely landscaped grounds in air-conditioned comfort. There are also yoga mats, free weights, and a body ball to enhance your workout. There is a thirty-six inch HD flat screen to watch television, or your favorite music can be played on the stereo. If you have an iPod, you can place it in the docking station. A full bath, comfortable futon and lounger and a massage table make this Gym complete.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is state of the art with a GE Profile five burner gas cook top, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, spacious refrigerator and freezer, and a separate wine refrigerator.
The indoor bar is equipped with an ice maker and beverage center and leads to the dining room where one can enjoy spectacular sunset views. The custom dining table seats twelve. For more casual dining and to enjoy the ocean breeze, there is also an outdoor dining area, bar, and barbecue grilling kitchen with spectacular views.
Or for relaxing with your morning coffee, you may enjoy the outdoor living area with equally fresh breezes and stunning views.
Outdoor Features :
The spectacular infinity edge pool is large enough for swimming laps but also offers the most stunning panoramic views on the property. One can stand on the viewing ledge with a refreshing beverage in hand or relax on one of two built-in lounges while the cool water surrounds you. There is also a spacious spa with equally stunning views.
In addition to the spacious patio area surrounding the pool with a beautiful terra cotta tile and river rock design, there is an outdoor living area comfortably furnished offering a flat screen television and an outdoor bar and dining area with a grilling kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy your freshly caught seafood. Finally there is a shaded terrace between the outdoor living and dining rooms that provides a shady retreat from the Caribbean sun. A large upstairs terrace and two private upstairs balconies offer the perfect setting for sunbathing or enjoying the sunset view in the evening
