Zenaida Beach and Tennis Estate is comprised of two private and secluded villas, a guest cottage, a Grand Pavilion, a beach Gazebo and the only Har-Tru tennis court in the region, all spaciously laid out on three acres midst lush tropical gardens yet only minutes from The Valley, the island’s center for services and shopping.

Zenaida is reached entirely by paved road and is set high enough to command a view of the islands of St. Martin and St. Barths across a turquoise sea-the finest view in all Anguilla.

However, the grandest touch of all is below at your feet-your own deserted half, mile of the island’s famed powdered white sand beach.

Zenaida proudly boasts one of the only private tennis court in the Eastern Caribbean with a soft Har-tru surface and lighted at night. Professional instruction can be arranged.

Bedrooms and bathrooms:

The Estate offers seven large air-conditioned bedrooms and living rooms in two separate villas with Asian antiques and contemporary comfortable furniture. There is also a separate guest cottage in the garden. All rooms are sheltered from the tropic sun by a long porch with steps leading down to a magical pool, whose vanishing edge makes you feel as though you are swimming right into the Caribbean. In addition to the above mentioned amenities, the Estate includes an open air Hot Tub and a delightful bar-b-que area.

The Zenaida Master Villa is comprised of a main house with three bedrooms (all with bathrooms en suite), living room and verandas, plus a one bedroom Guest Cottage adjacent to the main house. In addition the villa has a foot path to the beach (a two minute stroll,) exclusive use of a Hot Tub, fresh water swimming pool and its own private gym.

The Master Villa also includes the use of the Grand Pavilion which is comprised of a very spacious living room, dining room, and computer room–all with sweeping views of the Caribbean

The Zenaida Guest Villa is comprised of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and verandas.

The tiled patio that surrounds the pool, set amidst lush Mediterranean gardens, offers ample room to view the breathtaking tropical sunset. A smaller western patio adjoining the kitchen provides an ideal location for breakfast.

A 2 minute direct path to the beach. A sunken verandah, outside living room with a fireplace, large sun porch, indoor/outdoor dining, and Indonesian bale, or day bed, all increase the intimacy and warmth of this exquisite villa.

The Bird of Paradise offers four master suites with an office that can serve as a 5th bedroom. The placement of the four suites, each with its own balcony and equal, panoramic views, assures individual privacy for guests. Each suite has its own refrigerator and coffee service. Frette Linens, robes and slippers; Voss water; Bvlgari amenities; and Kona coffee enhance the luxury of this tropical retreat. Furniture and intricately carved stone tables, planters, and wall murals were all custom-designed and made for the owners in Bali. The villa also showcases their oceanic and African art collection gathered over the past 20 years.

Bird of Paradise is highly secluded. It is located above Sandy Hill Bay with direct access to a long and lovely crescent beach. Six countries can be seen from the verandahs, including the mountains of St. Martin and St. Barth.

The villa is perched on the side of the hill and overlooks a crescent beach and a protected cove. Powdery white sand beach is good for swimming, snorkeling and a safe harbor should you arrive on a yacht. Views of the mountains of St. Martin. St. Barth and St. Eustatius
