Located on the rocky southeast coast of the island, Mañana has beautiful views of St-Barts, French St-Martin and St-Eustatius. Ocean waves driven by the tradewinds roll past the villa crashing dramatically on the rocks below. Constant breezes are cooling and soothing making air-conditioning rarely necessary (though available).

Finally, Mañana is a “green” environmentally conscious property. Electricity and hot water are provided by solar power (with utility backup).

The Villa contains all the amenities: infinity edge pool, modern kitchen, cable and ADSL internet. There is also a security system for the villa.

Getting there:

A private taxi can be arranged for transfers from the airport to the villa at an additional cost. A car rental can also be delivered free of charge to the villa.

On one of Anguilla’s greatest beaches sits one of its greatest homes: BeachCourt Villa at Shoal Bay East, a 10,000 square foot luxury villa with swimming pool and tennis court on sloped land that goes directly to the western end of Shoal Bay. It is one of the very few houses on all of Shoal Bay whose property brings you right to the sand.

Built on a hill, the house sits about 40 feet above the water, maximizing views and breezes. Yet—as you sit on its spacious decks—you are a short walk from the magnificence of Shoal Bay, its blues and greens, great for walking or snorkeling (enter the sea right in front of the house for some of the finest snorkeling you will ever experience).

Go through the lush gardens, past the tennis court, to the water; turn right, and over 1½ miles of beach lay before you. Swimming, snorkeling, and leisurely walks are all right outside the gate that insures your privacy (and keeps out the goats).

BeachCourt is open, spacious, and built to accommodate large groups efficiently and luxuriously. Its center is a 900 square foot “great room”. This open plan kitchen, living room, and dining area is terraced below the grand entrance foyer and overlooks Shoal Bay’s greens, blues, and whites. On one side of this room are sliding glass doors that open onto an expansive covered 600 square foot deck, above the swimming pool, tennis court, and sea.

BeachCourt Villa’s West Wing is a 2-story structure attached to the main house at the pool deck level.

Villa Azure has Five air-conditioned bedrooms overlooking amazing Shoal Bay Beach and Anguilla’s largest marine park. Four of the bedrooms have large private ensuite baths providing spacious comfort, including his and her sinks and walk-in closets. All bedrooms face the azure sea and open on to a deck or terrace.

The lower level can be locked off and used as a private unit, complete with separate kitchen and living room, with covered and open-air decks. One bedroom can be set up as one king bed or two twin beds. All bedrooms have Ceiling fans AND air conditioning.

Azure has three romantic open air showers, an amazing Infinity edge pool with soaking and sunning area, a hot tub with soothing therapy jets and six spacious decks and terraces. The interior is designed with top of the line interior furnishings, and beautiful imported tile from Spain and Portugal. The Estate offers seven large air-conditioned bedrooms and living rooms in two separate villas with Asian antiques and contemporary comfortable furniture. All rooms are sheltered from the tropic sun by a long porch with steps leading down to a magical pool, whose vanishing edge makes you feel as though you are swimming right into the Caribbean. The Zenaida Master Villa is comprised of a main house with three bedrooms (all with bathrooms en suite), living room and verandas, plus a one bedroom Guest Cottage adjacent to the main house. VILLA DESCRIPTION

Large modern, fully air-conditioned 10,000 sq ft villa built in Caribbean architectural style respectful of the Anguillan Great House. It was completed in 2000 and is located on the south coast of the island and overlooks Blowing Rock island, Rendezvous Bay and St Regis golf course to the west and north west. Tintamarre (Flat Island) and St Barths are to the east.

“Caribera” offers an inside large, impressive living/dining room, with a choice of a second living/dining area under the porch on the pool deck and a third possibility of a more sheltered living/dining area under the open air fully equipped covered verandah on the west wing of the villa. All these areas (be it inside or outside) are of course pool and seafront to the south.

The villa is fully furnished with tropical/colonial style original furniture enriched by several precious antique items and unique monumental wood works (statues end else).

Trade winds are currently supplying a pleasant natural ventilation, keeping all the premises incredibly fresh, but large classic fans and full air-conditioning are available in case of need.

Caribera is also equipped with TV-VCR, a 5 star Chef’s cuisine with freezer, microwave, double stoves, fridges, dishwashing machines and all the other current features as well as a separate laundry with several washing and drying machines.
