DESCRIPTION OF VILLA.

This large and charming fully air-conditioned villa was built like The Anguillian Great House traditions. There is 6,000 sq ft of living area and is great for hosting parties. The villa is located on the southwestern end of the island. It contains 9 bathrooms, all en-suite plus an additional bathroom by the bar area.

Villa Pappagallo has a deep infinity pool for adults, which overflows into a large kiddies’ pool where the water depth is adjustable. The pool is fed by a waterfall springing from large natural rocks and is the great location to enjoy sun rise and sunsets.

This villa is additionally featuring the Sea Bed facility, with the irresistible appeal of its large day bed just above the sea water where one can cool down with friends or relatives, read a book or have a nap rocked by the gentle lullaby sung by the sea.

Rosamaris Villa, 2/3 floors large fully air-conditioned villa on the beach of about 20,000 sqft, is featuring 14 bedrooms all with bathroom ”en suite’’, private mooring, private docking, private beach, a large and deep salt water ”infinity” swimming pool just on the beach, plus a kiddie’s pool as well as a Jacuzzi style pool upstairs creating a waterfall into the main pool.

A second large waterfall is located right above the main entrance into the living/dining room (solid rainproof umbrellas are available at the entrance but walking through wearing a swimsuit might be safer…) other available features are a second lower entrance with a small gate right on the beach, a large parking for 12/14 cars in the garden by the main entrance on its south side, high speed wireless internet full-time connection, a guests’ bathroom adjacent to the study room, a monumental Chef’s kitchen, a separate staff bathroom, an enormous laundry room and all the other amenities appropriate to a villa of such size and standing.

This villa is fully furnished with tropical/colonial style original furniture enriched by several precious antique items and unique monumental wood works (statues end else) as well as ancient mosaics and tiles.

Rosamaris is specially built as a ”wind tower” to ensure that trade winds are currently supplying pleasant natural ventilation, keeping all the premises incredibly fresh, but large classic fans and full air-conditioning are available in case of need.

Rosamaris is surrounded by 1.2 acres of prime beachfront land, unique on the island.

Klasher Apartments which has spacious living/Dining rooms,   were  designed and built with the family in mind.  Each of the 2-bedroom apartments comes with a queen size bed in each room.  Each apartment can easily accommodate a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.  Each unit has its own covered veranda for dining or just to sit and enjoy the cool breeze.

The bathroom is equipped with a removable shower and hair dryer.  Our spacious washrooms come with a wash tub together with a full-cycle Washing machine and Electrical Dryer.

The valley ,capital of Angulla  which is one of the beautiful city in Anguilla island and has the population of about 1169(2001 Survey)

This city has wallblake   that was established in the year of 1787 ,now  that has been used as  a rectory by church.

Now a days lots of new shop has been opened and some of older buildings are renovated for use as West indian style cottages and  old shop have been modernized and renovated.

In the lower valley of the villla peoples who have  their own dwellings restored their old historic kept intact and maintains their own old historic style and their culture.

Miss Marjorie Hodge’s Homestead is one of the most photographed wooden dwellings on the island.Also, the Warden’s Palace was once the home of British agents.

A house now known as Koal Keel Restaurant is made with green two story wood and stone ,still they use the oven in the garden for baking that has been used by Gumbs family in the year of 1985.

At the highest point of  Crocus Hill has ruins of old court house ,old broken walls of few basement of jail cells.

At the western end of Valley,Wallblake House ,a plantantation home which was bult around 1787,and  now  become owned by Catholic church and St. Gerard’s Catholic Church with its highly original facade of pebbles.

The valley has a Wallblake Airport.
